At Highbury Furnishings, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage your furniture in its original boxes and protective materials to ensure it remains undamaged during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  For large furniture items, we will coordinate a professional courier pickup at your convenience; for smaller decor, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
